    • Utility bill with proof of residential address

    • Fully executed purchase agreement (if applicable)

    • Appraisal or valuation (if applicable)

    • 24-month residence history

    • Landlord contact info (if renting)

    • Employment history and employer details for past 2 years

    • Current pay stubs

    Application Review & Approval Process:
    Loan approval is subject to verification of all submitted information and satisfactory completion of underwriting. We aim to provide decisions within 7–10 business days, depending on deal complexity.


    3. Interest Rate & Fee Policy

    Interest rates are based on:

    • Borrower credit profile

    • Loan size and duration

    • Market conditions and loan type

    Additional Fees:

    • No hidden fees

    • Origination: 1% flat

    • Prepayment penalties: None, unless disclosed in the agreement

    • Exit fees: Only where specified

    We ensure transparency in all fees and loan cost disclosures.

    Repayment Options:

    • Monthly automatic deductions

    • Manual payments (by ACH, check, or wire)

    • Flexible payment schedules available on request

    Missed or Late Payments:

    • Continued non-payment may trigger default procedures

    Default Consequences:

    • Collection actions may begin after 60+ days of delinquency

    • Potential legal enforcement of lien
